I am Jenny; an accredited coach, creative accelerator, and change maker who left a flourishing international career in business development to work with soul-led human beings who care deeply about well-being and their impact in the world.
I work with human beings who are culturally open, purpose-driven, and inquisitive — they are creators
Born in Sweden yet with experience of living and working across various cultures and continents; from discerning brand building in NYC, Europe, East Asia to alternative education in East Africa.
Clients include individuals and companies who are intrigued by thinking and doing things differently. They are thought leaders, change makers, entrepreneurs, creative creatures and aspiring business — human beings simply.
So who am I? I am tirelessly intrigued to explore, inspire, challenge, to level up, and to expand how we live, work, and create. I hold a passion for lifelong learning, co-creation, and intercultural ventures. Just like most of our clients, I ultimately wish to do better and to make the world a greater place.
I created Thought & Action for people like myself; meaning purpose-driven and fiery souls who want to continue to grow, connect and contribute in the world.

How East Africa
guided me inwards and back to my Swedish roots and values
Bold decisions such as leaving a career, relationship, or a country can feel daunting — sometimes everything we ever wanted lives beyond our fears...
This all started with me going on yoga retreats in Zanzibar over ten years ago; I began to reflect on this idea of “retreating“ away from reality.
I was professionally successful; yet behind all of that I felt a real lack of human connection in the Western world and a frustration with the creative industry that I was working within.
So I left to Tanzania in pursuit of freedom, connection, and personal growth. What I didn’t know back then was that Sweden used to call Tanzania her best friend; two countries, continents apart yet with shared values rooted in egalitarian views, and interconnectedness.
The people and culture of Tanzania made me feel at home and since then my love for the Swahili coast keeps growing through insight, darkness and light...this is not about numbers or assets, it is about journey of soulful connection, love and joy.
