Introduction
FEAR TO FLOW
for individuals
for companies
Thought & Action holds space for self-connection, personal growth, and creative ideation. I am a spiritual being; to me this implies a life long practice of truth-seeking, curiosity, and critical thinking; essentially truth-seeking.

WHO
I
AM?
I am Jenny; an accredited coach, creative accelerator, and change maker who left a flourishing international career in business development to work with soul-led human beings who care deeply about well-being and their impact in the world.
Do you sometimes
wonder what
your future could look
and feel like?
Born in Sweden yet with experience of living and working across various cultures and continents; from discerning brand building in NYC, Europe, East Asia to alternative education in East Africa.
So who am I? I am tirelessly intrigued to explore, inspire, challenge, to level up, and to expand how we live, work, and create.
I hold a passion for lifelong learning, co-creation, and intercultural ventures. Just like most of our clients, I ultimately wish to do better and to make the world a greater place.
“I work with human beings who are culturally open, purpose-driven, and inquisitive — they are creators."
Stephen Hawkins used to say:“intelligence is the ability to adapt to change”. When we step outside our comfort zone our creative skills are put to the test; what matters is our resilience, and ability to process and creatively navigate such experiences.
I created Thought & Action for people like myself; meaning purpose-driven and fiery souls who want to continue to grow, connect and contribute in the world.

I am here for those who need someone who will hold space for their bold personality, cultural difference, complexity, challenges, and experiences. So whether you are feeling stuck, demotivated, or a little off target; I will work with you to find direction and bto tap into your inherent drive.

Clients include individuals and companies who are intrigued by thinking and doing things differently. They are thought leaders, change makers, entrepreneurs, creative creatures and aspiring business — human beings simply.

A PERSONAL STORY

How East Africa
guided me inwards
towards a soul-led connection with the origin of my values

Bold decisions such as leaving a career, relationship, or a country can feel daunting — sometimes everything we ever wanted lives beyond our fears — it takes bravery and willpower to build new, but if we don‘t even try we will never find the peace that we are seeking for.
This all started with me going on yoga retreats in Zanzibar over ten years ago; I began to reflect on this idea of “retreating“ away from reality.
I was professionally successful; yet behind all of that I felt a real lack of human connection, and frustration with the creative industry that I was working within. Thanks to a younger colleague I realised that I could add more value through coaching...

I left the Western World for good I thought in pursuit of freedom, connection, and personal growth. What I didn’t know back then was that Sweden used to call Tanzania her best friend — two countries, continents apart yet with shared values rooted in egalitarian views, and interconnectedness. I finally felt a sense of ease and alignment having left a Brexit torn, and divided UK.

Tanzanian made me feel at home, and after raising funds for a community space and a local female teaching colleague; this became the beginning of “Project UWEZO“ (capability in Kiswahili), and a messy journey of growth and darkness where light prevails...

While Thought & Action aims at unlocking potential, this journey has lead me to specialise in nonviolent communication (NVC) as inspired by Mahatma Ghandi, Martin Luther King Jr. and refined into a practice by psychologist Marshall Rosenberg while I am building a new chapter in Kenya with focus on human connection and belonging beyond divides by blending spirituality, yoga philosophy, and NVC.
