Jenny‘s personal background as the founder of Thought & Action is in brand building, business development, and creative direction – this is NOT directly what we do. Why? Because everyone is a Creative Director today...
We take a more humble approach; we LISTEN, and help you GROW into your role so you can OWN a strong point of view. Our workshops are EDUCATIONAL and will help you step up and LEAD your business and people into the future.
So unlike a creative agency, we will not outrightly tell you what to do, we‘ll present you with REFERENCES, and TRIGGERS to INSPIRE, PROVOKE and CHALLENGE you while sharing examples of ways of thinking and doing different.
We believe in heartfelt STRATEGY and the articulation of a UNIQUE “BRAND PERSONALITY“ and offering, expressed in DISTINCT ways directed from your core; we ignore trends.
